THRIVE is all about starting fresh and making the most of our new year, 2021! Give yourself the chance to experience a bunch of fun activities which will inspire you to start the year off strong!

No matter what life throws at you, it is so important to allow yourself time to reflect, dream and think about any changes you want to make in life or in yourself.

THRIVE allows you to delve into your intentions, goals, values and reflect on your past. Our goal for the THRIVE filled day is for you to have a plan which can guide you through 2021 using all the magic we possibly can!

THRIVE is a twice yearly workshop run by Amy Kate, our lead psychologist, and the team at The Mindful Collective.

The aim of THRIVE is to empower those who attend, help them align their values and focus on their dreams for the year to come. All workshops come with a beautifully designed workbook for you to keep, that you can fill to the brim with your goals, dreams and aspirations.

THRIVE 2021 will be held on the 31st of January, 2021 – in person at The Mindful Collective Studio, or online (whatever works best for you). We will also have a wonderful movement break with the radiant Grace Teale Yoga.
